About 4 weeks back i needed my hair done quickly so one my friends tried to dye it. My hair was brown with alot of blonde streaks and we tried to dye it all just the one blonde colour but it ended up just the roots had turned a golden orange blonde colour and the rest was just the same as before. So i went to the hairdressers i ask her to dye it all blonde but she ended up dying it a browney colour with the roots still orange and all the blonde was gone. I have made another appointment at a different hairdressers for later this week, will they be able to dye it all just light blonde or will the roots still show up?

Sounds like your friends used a blonde hair dye instead of a hair lightener (aka hair bleach).

You shoulda went in for a consultation first, explaining what had happened to your hair the first time and let your hairdresser know what you're looking to get.

Now you have to go to a second hairdresser and tell them what happened the first and second time along with how your hair was before the disasters....this way you can work something out with your hair dresser.

You may not be able to get your hair the way you want it in just one visit. Be prepared for that. This could be an expensive lesson to learn.

let ur hair rest first for a few days, it also feel strees u know. color the roots only bcoz too much chemicals on ur hair will damage it. aside from that, try hair treatments bcoz it needs nutrients which was taken by the chemicals. so from now on let the professionals do ur hair, ok. i hope u learned ur lessons well, hope i helped u too
