Ideas for Scene Hair?

Im 14 years old. I had my hair in layers but they are growing out, So now i need a new hairstyle. I love how the scene haristyles are so please show pictures of some i should get. I also want to dye it bleach blonde but im afraid if my face is not white enough for that color?

first off cant dye it that way

you need to bleach it

adn thats alot of dammage so make sure you do it properly

but i say scene hair is amazing
