Hair color help?

i want to color my bangs teal or torquise.and i have black hair.do i have to bleach it before i apply the teal.?

someone told me i prolly need to or the teal wont show.

You need to bleach your hair so that it's WHITE. If you bleach it to blonde or something your teal or turquoise is going to turn green. I suggest going to a salon because this can really damage your hair.

You definitely need to bleach it first to let it show. Redye the teal every 10 days or so, or as it fades, and you should be good to go : )
