Jolen for upper lip hair?

i have a lil bit of light brown hair on my upper lip.it never gets any longer so i was wondering if i use jolen will i have to use it again?also it says it bleach the hair to blend with skin tone.is that true or does it only turns it white,blone,or gray?cause if it does won't that mean its intended 4 very light skined people.cause im latina and i think it will show more on darker skin

well I would try a waxing spray. Im not sure where to get 1 but that works. Same with my cuz. she is really tan but has some hair on upper lip. She has a professinal waxer (she is rich :) and he does it really good. U can get it done at like haircutterey or something. Good luck :)
